Please find below the e-mail that i received today concerning the next workshop in Finland:

CREATOR workshop will take place in Spa Hotel Rantasipi Aulanko, Hämeenlinna, Finland on 4th October 2012.
Registration for the event is now open. Please register before 5th of September 2012 using this link: https://e-lomake.fi/lomakkeet/2787/lomake.html
Hotel rooms have to be booked directly to the hotel by each participant. You can find the instructions for hotel bookings in the attachment called “Information for the participants”, which includes also other practical information related to your travel. The deadline for hotel bookings is also 5th of September 2012.
The draft programme for the days is also attached. The final programme will be published in September.
We wish you all nice and relaxing summer holidays and warmly welcome you to Häme in October!

NOTE FOR SUB-PROJECT PARTICIPANTS: Please consult the Lead participant of your sub-project for the more precise timetable and programme before making any registrations, flight or hotel bookings. It could be that some sub-projects will have two days meeting before the workshop.
About the schedule of the workshop, i will send you another note to inform you.
