WP definition

Dear all,

Regarding the 4 WP that we will finally have in the project and following what Francois and Ase wrote before, they can be the following ones:

WP1-Management and coordination

Project managment as a whole in order to reach the objectives, partners coordination, etc.

WP2-Communication and dissemination

Dissemination of the results among indentify and relevant stakeholders outside the project in order to promote  and to increase the awareness

Possible outputs:

- Brochures

- Web

- Dissemination and Communication plan

As Francois wrote: by using the Website, leaflets, brochures, news, symposium

WP3-Exchange of experiences and analysis of good practices

Shoul be devoted to analyse regional data, to exchange the info and good parctices among regions, and to draw conclusions and recommendations

Including what  Ase mentioned: what has been done already ; by whom, methods used and results achieved with regard to all different aspects of eating among elderly.

Possible outputs:

-Good practice guidelines

WP4- Implementation

How this conclusions and recommendations can reach the market and be useful for creating new business opportunities, innovative processes, etc.

According to what Ase also mentioned:  promote local economical development within our different regions.

Possible outputs:

-Feasibility studies

-Strategy plans

Once we have the role of each partner clear, we can start writing the content of all these WP.

Dear partners, thank you very much for your contributions.

I agree with Paula that our main challenge now is to concrete and clarify:

- the fields or concrete technologies to be analized&exchange of experiences
- the role of each of us in each WP. I think that technological or non-technological profile of the partner will make the difference.
