Please find here my contributions mainly to point 3.1. Most of suggestions are based on 3 concerns that maybe you could help me to clarify:
1) For component 3 I’m not sure what fields we are going to work NUTRITION, FOOD DELIVERY, PACKAGING, INTAKE, etc..). Are all regions work in all fields or each of one could choose? This has importance because we would need at least more than 1 region working in the same, to allow to be developed the “exchange” activity and have sound reports. Here of course technological partners would have a more relevant role but all of us should probably contribute since the profile of technology partners is of course very concrete but as I understand that the reports are more comprehensive…
2) On the other hand, is it the implementation phase (component 4, tools, transfer methodologies…) based exclusively on what it is identified-exchanged in component 3? Or it is more independent?. Are technology partners interested to implement this? It should be interesting at least in a minimum part since if not maybe not all regions would participate in some core outputs: guidelines, etc…
3) From a formal point of view: Results (point 2.7 should be revised once finished 3.1) and my view is that description of activities (3.1) should be cleared a little in order to allow a better reading-understanding of the proposal by the CREATOR evaluators…
