NOTE: We have several doubts about the action plan. Is it the distribution of tasks that appears in this sheet, or is anything else??? In the meeting, we had understood that the action plan was going to be carried out by INNO8 and AGRIA. If it is supposed to be developed by all of us, we would appreciate more information about the involved tasks. Let's say that it concerns all of us. You may always contribute and propose some pertinent approach
To map regional activities/entities working on food related and/or ageing issues -To write reports on local potential contributions NOTE: What kind of contributions do you mean? Contributions of pertinent actors to identify: if you meet them, you should have advice on their potential contribution	6  food related activities regional maps  all
-State of art: how is "food for elderly" being taken in consideration in each region regarding the identified project items: nutrition, packaging, logistics,…	We think we all have to prepare our own state of art about the thematic that better fits in with each partner, don't we? Yes, You're right !

What is the existing relationship between the state of art that appears above and this one? Do they have anything to do or are completely different? Because of our different background in this project, probably several partners would start to study aspects regarding technology, e.g., about manufacturing or packaging technologies. Since this is a task that has to be developed by all of us, we would like you to specify the following: The real difference between them if it exists. What sort of technology we have to focus in this task. Design methodologies of what: new products??? Future tendencies about technology, products…??? Woww!!!! We don't intend to publish a 300 pages file….. At this time, we are trying to organize ourselves and to gather potential contribution of each partner. This form has been the canvas of our application, helping us to explain was we should do to CREATOR jury and to win the project! But this is only a canvas to help us to ask such good questions as you did! I would say that we are at the beginning of the work and if you have responses to your questions – working with CEEI - that should be a good thing

Who is responsible of what:

• CEEI Asturias Fundacion PRODINTEC INNO8 should work on a flyer in English version about BIOLIFE

  Goal is to help each BIOLIFE participant to explain to future interviewees what is BIOLIFE and its goals and aims.

  Please, include the "target group" approach in the document (to be compliant with CREATOR communication approach

• HAMK University of Applied Sciences, Umeå university NFH with AGRIA LORRAINE should work on a 1^st draft of a survey polling elderly about their needs and wishes : opinion poll in English version
• AGRIA: should propose to the whole group a typical "state of art intelligence draft" about senior food involved organizations, universities, clusters, companies, BSO (business support organizations such as chambers of commerce, innovation and development agencies…) of a state of art. Does it mean that AGRIA will have to send us a draft that allows us how to initiate the study of the state of art and what kind of organizations we should include in this study? More or less…. yes ! But it is always the same thing: someone proposes, then we discuss and exchange on it!
• PULS : Checklist approach of the needs of elderly (3-4 groups),
• NFH: process and legal approach draft of the issue being useable by other BIOLIFE participants to include it in their state of art report
• For example: the cholesterol is very important subject for the senior population.
• Give testimonial to create "senior Lab" What does this mean? This is the demand coming from CREATOR working group to have a "senior lab" having 7 senior people coming from the 7 regions in each. I have mentioned it because we have been asked to help CREATOR working group to find someone here in Lorraine. If you have the same opportunity in your area, don't hesitate to propose someone to Jason !

  • Video-conference: 1rst April 2011 10h organized by AGRIA LORRAINE for exchange the different part. About the videoconference, what parts should we exchange? And by the way, what is the deadline of our tasks in this semester? Should we have something finished for this conference?

  Forget "the different parts", it doesn't signify anything (bad translation).
