A little practical information concerning the workshop in Brescia.
The mini-programme suggests that all sub-project participants stay in this hotel.

The 19th is devoted to Workshop #3. The mini-programme will provide lunch on the 19th. It will probably be a buffet offered by the Province to all participants (CREATOR and Subprojects representatives).
Sub-projects can refer to Laura in order to organise their other meals. Laura will also give you indication for social/cultural activities and/or on interesting historical/artistic sites to visit.
TRAVEL FACILITIES:
the best solution is to fly to the fllowing airport:
Milano- Bergamo Orio al Serio (in this case let us know how many people in order to be able to help you in organising a pick up cause train/bus are not so confortable and the airport is quite close to Brescia - half hour by car);
Milano Linate - then need to move to Milano Centrale train station (there's a bus providing this service) and take a train to Brescia (regional train tickets around 7 euros, EUROSTAR around 17 euros);
VERONA Catullo airport then again to the train station and take the train to Brescia or take a cab.
