Objet : News about the Oviedo Workshop
Dear partners,
I just saw my note on the workshop of Oviedo does not appear on the blog. So I summarizes the schedule of 26/10/11 and the details of the hotel that Roberto gave me.
The 26th of October :
9h00-10h30 Bio life meeting: to see all the financial problem and all schedule problem in order to avoid repeating them the next semestre
10h30-12h:Bio life meeting: to see what we have to do this semestre and to speak about the white book ( results and how we could work together on it)
12h-14h meals in common ( thanks Roberto or Ana to find us a good restaurant)
14h-18h :biolife meeting:
exchange about the good thing to do for implementation in each region and exchange about the actions that existing nowadays in each region on this topic.
About the 27th i don't have received yet the schedule of the day.
About the hotel
The Workshop, as well as our partnership meeting, is going to be celebrated at CEEI Asturias´s building in the auditorium. It has a capacity for more than one hundred people, so we thought that would be perfect for this event. I can not send you the agenda of the workshop yet, my colleagues from IDEPA are working on it. As soon as I have it, I will send it to you.
- About the hotel, we all have opted for the same hotel for everyone in order to simplify the transport to the Technological Park, where our building is. The chosen one is the TRYP OVIEDO, located in Oviedo, becouse of they have offered a good price, it has a direct access to the Park, availability of meeting rooms, etc. The offer for the days 26th and 27th is the following:
Double room (individual use): 70 €
Double room: 80 €
Breakfast included
8 % VAT (not included)
Meeting rooms: 200 € / 150 € (half a day)
