There are 3 forms :

• Km sheet: you have to indicate here haw much kilometers - made for BIOLIFE with your car -  you are claiming
• Hours sheet: you have to indicate the staffing costs - used for BIOLIFE - you are claiming
• expense claim: total expenses claimed with ERDF rate ( 75% or 85 %)

You will have to fill it and send it to lead partner at the end of the semester.

BIOLIFE agreement

The whole particpants need a firm  Partnership agreement  signed between lead particpant and particpants Each participant receive an agreement draft at BIOLIFE kick off meeting in Metz.
Stéphanie Boullee (AGRIA) will send the official document signed by Jean-michel Barbier to each of us  by postmail.

you will keep this contract and one of the 2 penultimate pages:
•    One for you
•    One for Stéphanie: your director will have to sign this  penultimate page and the you send it back to Stéphanie by post mail.


There are 3 annexes mentioned in the last page of the contract  =>  we will not send them by post mail, because you have already or will get these documents by mail.

If you need them when presenting the contract at the signature of your manager, please print theses documents

Meeting in Brescia - May 18 & 19 th 2011

Dear friends

Our next mixed meeting (CREATOR & BIOLIFE) will take place in Brescia ( Italy) on May  18th and 19th 2011.

One day will be devoted to CREATOR mandatory meeting, the other to our BIOLIFE meeting. These days have been fixed by CREATOR working group and w can't do anything  to change these dates.

The meeting will take place in Brescia Province building.
Brescia is 60 km away from Bergamo Orio low cost airport. There are shuttle and taxis to go from Airport to Brescia

François is actually in Saxnas in Vasterbotten ( North of Sweden ) for the CREATOR kick off meeting. More news in  a next note
