Meeting with CREATOR Lorraine regional partner in Metz - July 2nd 2010

We had a meeting with CREATOR Lorraine's team this morning.It seems that other french participants didn't advance a lot in their consortium building comparing to our...

Dominique Lorette gave us ( Florence Brehelin et François Issler) interesting advice about the right way to deal with the application form.

CREATOR decided that there will only be 4 WP in a project:

• WP1 = Project management

• WP2 = Communication and spray (dissemination)

Website, leaflets, brochures, news, symposium

• WP3 Exchanging of experience / good practices

beginning with state of art and benchmarking
working on common studies, seminaries, tests

• WP4: to be defined ==> should be our work to develop and implement tools and methodologies, then testing

It seems that this structuration - which is mandatory - is coherent with those proposed by Paula and the worh been done in Lorraine on july 1st

Workshop AGRIA - INNO8 July 1st 2010

Florence , Jean-Michel and François had a meeting about the project's canevas.

In order to symplify the framework, we are proposing to have 4 WP

WP0 = Project management

WP1 = State of art on food and agro agricultural actors in each region

WP2 = To study

•  products and services ( what the elderlys are waiting for)
•  markets
•  targets

WP3 = Diseemination, transfer and communication (this is almost Paula's  "knowledge management" workpackage

If you agree with this project structure, we could begin to work on tasks in each workpackage, time and ressources needed by each of us and thus budget
