Holidays help to rest but also to prepare clear view of our project.
Florence is now away for the week but we exchanged to prepare the general WP table which we are proposing to implement.
Each of us has to involve - more or less - in each in T2, T3, T4. When involving on those various tasks, you have to compute the mandatory ressources ( staffing time, trips, administrative ressources, sub contractors,....)
