Inputs (comments and suggestions) from Umeå University

Dear all

Please find some inputs and comments  in the document attached (aaplication form). I put them in blue, underlined color. This changes has been added to the version posted by Paula a few days ago. I have added comments, changes and suggestions in the document and I hope it will be easy to follow for you. The changes mainly concern to highlight our aspect  of the project and make them more visible to the reader.
