I think that the main challenge now is finish design of coherent and comprehensive activities/tasks and outputs (3.1 point of application form). Francois I don't know if the version 17 has exactly the same contents for this point than excel tables sent separately...
What if we fix a reasonable deadline to send last contributions to this, for example, next 8th september? and only after the deadline update the budget excell table- if necesssary- to avoid updating excel tables more than once...
