You have made a lot of remarks about the fact that some activities are to early done (in 1st semester) and are already mentioned in 2nd semester => this is done to be homogeneous with overall project planning ( see EXCEL sheet BLF). Remember that "activity" is equal to "task" (or subtask)
In the planning, in deed, you have activities developed on more than 1 semester => so you will find them in each concerned semester !
I have amended these activities description by adding "beginning to..." . then you have the same activities in next semester (I should mention "continuing to....)
I hope that it will fit to our view.
Finally, I would say that this activities planning is a general framework => depending on the advancement of the project, we will be able to shift activities from one semester to another. This will not be a problem during the project life.
Agreeing on this kind of project structure should be nice (for me) because, in contrary case, changing the order, the length of the tasks ( corresponding to activities) will spend a huge time to re write the EXCEL sheet !
An other remark is on the big event to be organized in the 2nd year => I agree that we should discuss on what kind of event we want to build. I proposed that each of us gives here her/his advice !
