We made the research on the possibility of organize video-conference in Poznan. And in conclusion I have to say that the easiest way is to make video conference by Skype.
Skype provides service for video conference with high quality and reasonable price. I have used it and know from experience that it worked well.
Additionally to rent studio for the conference in our city , makes 30% our budget for this semester.
We discussed already in Metz with few people about skype video-conference and they shared our opinion.
I would like to know what you all think about it and any suggestions are more than welcome!

We have here at Prodintec the necessary equipment for attending a remote meeting, no matter if it´s via “traditional” video-conference or a skype based conference. Maybe we prefer the first one (for image and sound quality reasons), but we will adapt with no problems to the way that best fits us all.
