"As our project has been validated by the committee, we now have to start working...!
For the launching of the project, we propose to organise the Kick Off meeting in Lorraine during the last week of january.
For travel reasons, it seems that a meeting on wednesday 26th of january could be great.
Could you reserve this date on your diary and begin to have a look at the travel possibilities.
Looking forward to see you in Lorraine."
